Total shambles with checkin. I arrived for the allotted checkin wi Dow of 3/4pm to find no one there. I had not received any online communication wrt combination for key box and subsequently had to try to talk to TravelNest who were apparently the booking agent even though I booked through Hotels.Com. ...
