Breakfast is good

Staying here was ok just the issue would be the refrigerator as well some staff will sometimes knock and come inside the room and say “just checking” which I find that kinda weird so I would say overall if these issues were to be fixed then this would be a nice place to stay at but some staff were very polite and helpful throughout my stay here

The Room Items( the Iron, Ironing Board Weren't in Good Working Condition. The TV. Didn't have. ESPN Available, and the Games that I was able to get. Was in the Spanish Language only. And after Paying for my Full All Inclusive package fir Myself and my Guest. I thought a Laundry service( for 10-12 items of Clothing would be a free Service!!! When I Checked Out, I was Charged $33 for 12 items !! Which wasn't Good.

It’s a small resort but the staff is great and so is the food.

The property is well maintained and very friendly and helpful staff. They let us check in 2 hours early and let us know that we could use all the pools and amenities even all day after we checked out. We recommend this place and will come back for sure

Did not get a response to my emails prior to my arrival to get airport pick up had to take a taxi Minimal English speaking at the resort use Google translator Even with the translator, there were some confusion about what I was asking The included breakfast was nowhere that I could see or find There was a carafe copy that was very cold No one greeted me when I went over to instruct me as to where I would have breakfast once again no Comprende was usually the response even with my translator I had ceviche for lunch every day. It was delicious. There was no water in my five days I received two bottles of water My room was cute, quaint, clean, and surprisingly, although it is surrounded by lots of trees vines and thatch there were no bugs! The resort itself was exactly what I was looking for quaint organic. There’s a little pool as we enter to the resort on the right hand side, which is where I did most of my swimming it was clean and pretty and quiet. The remaining pools typically had leaves and debris in them I found my own way back to the airport to depart
