Very good service

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel really welcome by all of the staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. This villa itself is as discribed, and probably bigger than expected. Both the property and gardens were imaculatley kept. Even with a bigger group, there is always a quiet place than can be found, if required. The pool is a great size and much bigger than the other villas near by, that said you are not overlooked by them. The villa is on quite a hillside and while walking into the local area is fairly easy,(downhill! ) The walk back is not for the fainthearted as it is very steep. There is a small resort about a 5 minute walk away which allows residents of the villa to use their bar and restaurant facilities, which is handy for the one day a week when the villa staff are day off - which was a Sunday when we visited. A great place to relax and the villa makes that very easy. Accross the valley there is a very steep road which is a challange to trucks and mopeds alike which does produce some background noise which can be heard outside but is not noticeable inside and also does greatly reduce during the hours of darkness. This is a great place to experience the real Bali, and while its approximatley a 3 hr drive from the airport - it is well worth the journey. Cabs are very cheap by Western standards and I would not recoment a hire car unless you are a very experienced driver.

My wife and I and my wife's sister stayed in one of the 2-BR villas at Dusun Bedugul Asri in September 2025. We were very satisfied with our stay there. We went to the area because we wanted to see the Bali Botanical Garden, which is nearby. It was a bit too far to walk, but the hotel quickly arranged a good driver for us. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully landscaped. It's actually like a miniature botanical garden. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was excellent.

We stayed two nights and enjoyed it a lot . The view was amazing and staff super friendly and attend to our needs.Waking up early morning to see yourself above the cloud with calm feeling was absolutely great.

Great location restaurants all along the street.Five minute walk to the beach good sunset bars.The property has a stunning garden and two pools.Rooms are big.Service excellent.

Beautiful resort with ocean views, quiet but beautiful location..staff were very friendly and helpful..couldn’t fault the resort ..
