Unfortunately, the room was not clean. There was a significant amount of dust, and the toilet had not been properly cleaned. In addition, the cleaning staff was loud and came across as unprofessional. Considering the price, the experience was not worth it, as there are significantly better options available at the same price point. We were disappointed, especially since this was our second stay at the hotel. The overall quality has clearly deteriorated compared to our previous visit approximately two years ago.

The staff gave my “secure” room code to an unknown to me man who entered my room at about 2141 and woke me from my sleep….I yelled WHO ARE YOU….and he left….completely unsafe….the same thing happened the next morning at 0801. When I addressed the security issue with the front desk, all I got was an apology. That’s ISANE. That whole night should have been free.

The room was immaculate and comfortable, the location is exceptional. The no key doors ( you open the door with your phone), makes it easier to go out without worrying about losing your keycard.

Used to be a great hotel (stayed 4 time a year for the past few years) but deteriorated since ownership changed. 1. Breakfast used to be awesome, now replaced with basic. 2. Coffee shop grade coffee in the lobby replaced with a cheap coffee. 3. Mineral water replaced with tap water jugs in the lobby. 4. Hotel is dirty! Garbage bags left in the hallway for hours. Bad smell in the room, shower isn’t cleaned properly. 5. Staff prioritize personal phone calls over front desk service. That’s frustrating especially when you’re in a hurry. I hope that’s only a phase, and I wish new owners good luck, anyway will not stay here again.

Staff were the best part of the hotel. The room was comfortable and although not perfectly clean, the hallways neither (I would never choose a black carpet ;)) it was clean enough for me. I and a great hot shower and spent a few hours at the beach to acclimate after a long flight.

The staff was extremely helpful. The manager Shiran assisted me in figuring out how public tranportation operates. Chezi actually walked me to the bus station with my heavy suitcase. Anastasia did everything she could to make my stay better. And Sami, the Eritrean man, was wonderful. But the rooms were VERY DARK.I could hardly see anything in the first room I was given on the dark side of the hotel. I was given another room which was light during the day. But thete was still not enough light at night. The coffee was fine but there should be.croissants or something better than cookies. This hotel needs to fix the horrible darkrooms IMMEDIATELY.

Dont bother staying here. I paid for 2 nights but when i got there they didnt have any rooms. They put me in one temporarily and promised I wont have to pay for it since it wasnt an official room. The light wasnt working and no bedding was given at first. Someone walked in on me in the morning, which was very violating. Then they kicked me out because they didnt have availability although i paid for it. Its not a nice hotel or area either. Very dirty and dingy looking. Im still fighting to get money back for the night I didnt stay.

Good location, comfortable room

Good location. Comfy bed. Good toiletries. The room was a bit dusty (bookshelves and window rails) and the windows need a clean. I stay again.
