Hotel Chichen Itza was everything we were hoping for and more! Ideal location 5 min drive from the ancient city staying here is a much better option as opposed to getting bused in from Cancun or Tulum. You are able to wake early and beat the crowds who arrive around 10am. The included breakfast was also fantastic made to order eggs and fresh fruit. The actual property is secure, rooms were clean, parking was easy. The staff was extremely helpful in setting up a personal tour with a licensed guide. We had a private tour which included transportation ( to and from the hotel lobby), entry fee, plus the tour at a very reasonable price. Our guide was a local Mayan who didn’t just rush us along. But instead took the time to educate us and took his time explaining the entire site. Not just El Castillo. Highly recommend the hotel, and private tour.

On my opinion,everything was perfect ; I couldn’t find anything change the + I gave the hotel

Room 1504 the room need attention, have a fake closet, simple box, this room used to have a balcony and was transform for closed you can see the outside light inside the closet, look very bad horrible

Hotel is basically new and it's pretty clean. Beds are like full size so two adults will barely fit on one bed. Location is excellent and there are a couple of really good restaurants near by. If I ever come to Valladolid, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The bathroom had mold especially in the shower and drained poorly. The bed and pillows harder than I like but really everything was beautiful and clean. The pool was perfect. Would stay again!
