Great breakfast to start the day. Jose is a great server and made the best limon margaritas we had on the trip. Restaurant menu was excellent balance of food we knew and with a Mayan twist. Owner Amy Jo was welcoming and on site to offer suggestions and support for the area. Thank you

Beautiful property, grounds are kept beautifully. Dinner was fresh and delicious. Breakfast was only good but no complaints for the price. The room was spotless and had two beautiful comfortable robes and toiletries. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend for a lovely hacienda experience.

The property manager sent a warm, personalized confirmation message, responded promptly when we verified our reservation a few days before arrival, and had check-in instructions ready right when we needed them. Rubi and Flor Maria are outstanding hosts — attentive, detail-oriented, and clearly take great pride in this property.The space itself is spotless and thoughtfully furnished — comfortable without being overdone. Both bedrooms have A/C and satellite TV, and the beds are genuinely comfortable, which makes all the difference after a day of exploring. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need — plates, glassware, and cooking utensils — and there's a potable water dispenser on hand, which is always appreciated in this part of México.The highlight of the property has to be the outdoor soaking tub with jacuzzi jets — easily accommodating four to six adults. After a long day visiting ruins or cenotes, it is absolutely wonderful. Practical amenities like a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer round out everything you could need for a comfortable, extended stay.The neighborhood is very safe and secure, and the off-street parking gave us great peace of mind. This is a excellent, clean, and modern hotel with kind and helpful staff. However I had a major issue with booking on Expedia! Once I confirmed the booking (pay upon arrival) the hotel messaged me and demanded I issue them a 50% deposit outside of the Expedia app in order to hold the booking for me if I arrived any later then the 3PM check-in time. This is highly irregular behavior and totally unprofessional. I have never had any other hotel do this anywhere in the world.

Room has windows on all sides, and mine had other rooms all around. Folks were walking around at night and early in the morning with lights. I didn’t sleep well. Breakfast was fine, but not great.
