Was a good hotel to stay at, great staff good restaurant. Pool and spa were great

This was a spacious, clean well maintained and appointed older style unit. The facilities were great. The indoor heated pool was a fabulous added extra. It was clean warm and a wonderful spot to relax in after an arduous walk.

Very happy with all services.

The only point I would make is the cost of food in the restaurant is not value for money. A bit too expensive.

The parking was fine, The reception gentleman was awesome and checking in was a breeze. He gave great advice for a meal. However, I thought the room was very dreary and the bed was soft. It had everything in it but it just didn't feel like a hotel. And the big clinch was having to wipe number twos off the toilet seat. This is unacceptable. I informed reception and the new person on duty the following day who both said they'd pass it on. The morning person said the cleaning staff were having a bit of a shakeup at the moment. I expect a bit more than this - maybe a refund or something as a sorry. This is such an enormous H&S issue.

Everything went smoothly, from booking, checking in to checking out. The apartment was clean and well-furnished. All staff that we came across were pleasant to deal with. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
