The staff at check-in were very helpful and polite. The designated drop-off/unloading area was a big plus, especially since parking is a bit far. Staff and support check-in was great. The room ran hot and hard to control temperature. Overall stay was very nice, safe, and awesome access to ski lift. Needs more restaurants or make a reservation each night.
