Tangalooma accommodation with pool

A friend and I spent a couple of days at Tangalooma Island Resort recently. Tangalooma is on Moreton Island which is off the coast of Brisbane. The Tangalooma Island Ferry is the normal means of transport to and from the island, about a 75 minute ride and it runs multiple times each day. The resort has many accommodation choices, many venues for food and drinks, and many options across a wide range of activities. In our case it was just unwinding for a couple of days, doing nothing much at all, and Tangalooma provided exactly what we were after. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly and helpful, and we'd like to say a special thank you to Dante from B&B's Bar, for his excellent service and always with a welcoming smile.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay 10/10 recommend we will be definitely back the apartment is clean and tiny has everything needed for kids aswell big bonus

Comfortable and everything you need

Absolutely perfect stay! The location is excellent, the added extras that other places don’t have (kayaks, paddle boards etc…) save you a lot of to use on other experiences. Jonathan the host is wonderful and we will absolutely be back!! Loved everything 10/10

Pictures as depicted, amazing views and great location. House set up was well laid out to cater for multiple families and multiple bathrooms. A few items left over from previous tenants and cleanliness in general could be improved but fantastic house in an amazing part of the world!

Way more affordable than the hotel and probably nicer. It was nice to have a huge air conned unit all to ourselves and it felt very private. 15 minute walk up from the beach (unless you rent the buggy its a good leg work out but i never minded). Tony was lovely to communicate with and very helpful. Thanks Tony! One tip from me is that if you stay here, don't bother booking in the dolphin feeding experience. Instead, stand on the jetty at 6:30 and get a good spot to watch from above. Way better and less crowded.
