Thinking of visiting Onna? Don’t be that traveller who refuses to see anything beyond the downtown area (or the local bar/pub). Get out and see what its suburbs are all about! Tancha lies 5 kilometres to the southwest of Onna. From Naha Airport, it's a drive of 35 kilometres to the northeast. So what are you waiting for? Get into a taxi, hurl your suitcase in the back and get your adventure started!

This city is bursting with exciting things to do, and you'll uncover many of them near Tancha. It's no simple task to pick the leading sights here, but the Ryukyu Mura and Cape Manza are two you shouldn't miss out on. You should also make sure to experience Blue Cave and Tiger Beach. While you're in town, think about visiting a few other neighbourhoods to taste more of what Onna has to offer. Maeganeku and Akase are great recommendations that aren't too far away.
