Just enjoyed a week stay here. We loved it quite honestly. It is in a great location for exploring the area. We also drove over to Lakeland for a Tigers game. 45-50 minute drive, very reasonable. We loved exploring Tampa, Clearwater and St Petersburg. Bonus, the restaurants nearby are walkable and wonderful. So as others mentioned, it is an 18 step climb to this unit. Not a problem for us, but something to consider if that would be a problem. Very quiet and and this place was truly a comfort to return to and relax. Has an ample supply of appliances, but no conventional stove. Didnt need one but if you do, just advising. Keurig, small toaster oven for bagels etc, nice fridge and large microwave. Shower was one of the best, better then mine at home. Details about what is in the condo on the website ad. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, it is a few minutes to walk over there. If a pool is important to you, have a conversation with the Crystal, the host. We saw the pool, but never made it. Maybe next time. Looked like the hotel by the pool sells drinks. But we didnt use the service, more of an informational statement. We had no problem finding it or accessing the condo. The host and website are detailed and for parking. The size, a common area, bath and bedroom, is good for two, more then that with adults would be croweded imo. 1-2 Kids not so much an issue. Plenty of closet and drawers for clothes. I would definitely rent again if we return.
