Beautiful, quiet and peaceful

Customer service was great, as i was checking in i was accommodated with a few things. Hotel was clean, quiet and peaceful. Room was clean and comfy. Myself and family enjoyed breakfast, dinner and outside area where pool and lounge were. I really enjoyed this hotel. I will definitely return.

Breakfast wasn’t included, which was unusual. I’ve never experienced that before. The key card access for the elevator was a nice security feature, but the door by the stairs was always unlocked, so the overall security didn’t feel consistent. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were clean though.

The rooms have air coming out of the vent by the bed and inside the washroom. This air sounds like a big fan. Its very loud and you can not turn it off! I couldn’t sleep because of the noise of the air coming out of the room and the washroom.

Was hesitant since it wasnt a big, well known hotel-however, I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Everyone was super friendly, that room we got was very spacious as was the bathroom. Perfect for a quick family getaway!

Excellent stay at this hotel, one of the nicest I've been to! The first full day I was there the pool was closed for unexpected maintenance, so one of the staff called a partner hotel and asked if I could use their pool that day instead. Everyone I spoke with there was extremely helpful and super nice! Would absolutely stay there again!!
