"The first receptionist I encountered during check in could speak very good English and communicate with me well. Then on the next day, there were any receptionists speaking English, wrong direction was given to me when I asked for going to a seafood place. But they were nice. Hope some more receptionists ..."

"We booked partially viewed room but somewhat we stayed a room with a view, overlooking the castle park. We stayed a different hotel in Takamatsu earlier of the trip and we felt that we should have stayed here instead. The service are excellent as all staff are trained well. The Superb breakfast! ..."

Great but some improvement needed
"The room was comfortable but a little small so I had to squeeze a little bit when opening my suitcase. This hotel was generally a good option but I found some mold emerged in the air conditioner. I think the hotel should clean it properly to secure healthy stays for their customers."
