Some staff were friendlier than others, housekeeping was very prompt. The room appeared to be clean until we looked at the window facing side of the blinds in the shower. They were covered in mold. And the ceiling in the bathroom appeared to have been moldy too but painted over. Numerous cracks in the bathroom wall tiles. I believe literature indicated the building was renovated in 2020. We ate breakfast one time during our four-night stay, it wasn’t appetizing. We appreciated being allowed to keep our bags in the lobby after checkout , our flight didn’t leave for a few hours. The discount received through Hotels.com was significant, we expected a much nicer experience/stay than we had for the total cost. The air conditioning was set very high, too hot in the room while trying to sleep. Our option was on or off.
