Not a new hotel or facility, in fact, it is a little old and outdated. Room and beds are clean and has all necessary things. Very friendly staff and always trying to help. Really enjoyed the stay.

Really good experience! Good location right across the street to DMV. Lots of buses' stops nearby. MRT is a bit far but still walkable and we used youbike that made it much easier. Breakfast was nice and fresh! Room we got on 3rd was spacious and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much and sure will be back when needed.

Great stay!

Very good value. We got a room with 4 beds and had a very comfortable stay. It was far from the metro but very close to numerous bus routes including the bus to Juifen. We asked that they don't come make up our room daily and the hotel was generous with leaving new towels, water, and coffee/tea supplies daily at our door.

Typical Green World brand below-average quality

1) My room is street-facing and is very noisy. Window has almost no sound insulation that I have slept in quieter airport hotels facing the runway. Since the hotel is facing a busy street and near an intersection of another major street, there are even a lot of noises at night with ambulance/police sirens. 2) Wall sound insulation between rooms is also very poor. I can hear my neighbor's TV, talking...even them taking a bath. 3) Amenities are stripped down to nothing - only a single wall-mounted bottle liquid wash for washing hands, hair and body and it's super drying. Hard to imaging have dry hair and skin in the hot humidity city like Taipei but it happens at this hotel. 4) The room has no luggage rack contrary to what some of their pictures would show. 5) The hotel has no gym even though it wad advertised on my hotel booking platform and in-room hotel materials/display. 6) Aside from the lobby area, the internet coverage and speed in the room are downright horrible that I couldn't even sync work emails reliably. The internet here has to be the worst of all Taipei hotels I have stay at, which is over 30+. 7) Hotel staff are cold and irritable like I am bothering them, which is rare in Taiwan. 8) Breakfast service is outsourced to a restaurant on the ground floor. They basically warm up supermarket frozen food items on home-size dinner plates and put them on a small table with no warming elements such that every hot food is cold.
