At checkin, bathroom toilet in room had not been flushed after the last use. Was not sure it had been properly cleaned, so I cleaned it myself. We had been driving all day and were tired and needed to use the restroom right away so I didn't wait and notify the front desk. Staff were very helpful at check in.

The staff was friendly, the hotel was modern and clean in the rooms and in all public spaces. I loved the natural light throughout. Breakfast options were great!

Room was clean, not at 100%, but it's a quick stop lodge, sleep and go, type of hotel. Security is good. Front desk staff can make some improvements, as they're not motivated to go to work and I kept having to repeatedly ask for things or call for assistance. In the end, at check out, the staff didn't really care much about assisting the minimum request, to see if they're able to get a push cart, which I ended up having to use the office desk from the room, the rolling chair to roll out all of my heavy belongings. Again, with that itself, the staff didn't care much of my own effort. In addition, they tend to get a lot of homeless folks visiting during breakfast hours to eat at their facility.

Great just minor misses.

The stay over all was great. My only complaint and it’s superficial is the tv remote wasn’t the correct one and the drain in the sink in the bathroom was stuck closed but overall would stay here again.
