Excellent hotel

Absolutely wonderful experience visiting Syracuse for graduation weekend. The hotel is new, so there were a few baubles. A plumbing problem in my room was fixed immediately. Questions about checkout were answered promptly. Staff went above and beyond. I’d recommend recycling receptacles on site.

There are no staff in the building or accessible over night. When it sounded like someone was trying to break down the door of the room above us, or that body-sized weights were being dropped on the ceiling from 1-2:30 AM there was no one to contact.
