Gorgeous fall day! Lots of people, but there was room to walk
Swallow falls cliffs. One of my favorite spots to visit in the winter. This trail is directly across the river from the State park side.
By far one of my favorite waterfalls.. Maryland only has a few and this one tops them all.. short hike
Tolliver Falls. It's not much in itself, but it's cool because it's so well hidden. Most of this park is steps and hand rails, but this little beach feels like a secret!

Great experience
The rental was spacious, had plenty of activities, and worked well for a larger group. Great communication with thw owner.

When you stay at this cabin in Oakland, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Cranesville Swamp Natural Area and Cranesville Swamp Preserve.
The house was nicely decorated and the rooms were as described, with one important exception. There is a nice, large living room with a foosball table, tv, and games, but it was totally unusable during our stay (January) as the heat is essentially non functional in that room.
