Tucked into a peaceful corner of the farm, this beautifully crafted tiny home offers a unique and tranquil escape surrounded by nature. With timber finishes, high ceilings, and thoughtful styling, it’s full of warmth and comfort, perfect for couples, friends, or solo travellers.



Inside, you’ll find two loft style bedrooms accessed via timber stairs, a modern kitchen with full sized appliances, a compact dining area for four, a 2 seater sofa, TV, and bathroom with shower, washing machine, and dishwasher. The space is cozy but well equipped, making it ideal for short getaways or longer stays.



Step out onto the private deck to enjoy sweeping hinterland and ocean views. Soak in the outdoor bathtub with a glass of wine, or gather around the firepit under a sky full of stars. While you’ll feel miles from everything, you’re only a short drive to Montville village, local wineries, and hiking trails.



This is a self contained home with private access, located on shared acreage with the main house (which may or may not be occupied depending on bookings).

The region is known for its wineries, waterfalls, and scenic bushwalks, including Kondalilla Falls and the Great Walk trail. Whether you're exploring the hinterland or heading to the Sunshine Coast’s stunning beaches, this is the perfect base to slow down and soak it all in.



Getting Around:

A car is essential to access the property and explore the surrounding hinterland. The Tiny Home is just a 15 minute drive from Montville and around 35 minutes from the Sunshine Coast beaches.



There is free parking on site, with easy access directly to the tiny home. All roads leading to the property are sealed, though please take care on the final rural driveway, especially in wet weather.



Other Things to Note:

Bin Location – Razorback Ridge Farm



The bins for the farm are located at the very start of the road, near the intersection of Barsons Road and Shurvell Road.



As you turn in, you’ll see a long row of green council bins lined up on the left-hand side. Our bins are clearly marked with 65–75 RR.



Please make sure all rubbish is taken out and placed in the correct bins at the end of your stay. A $50 fee will apply if rubbish is left behind.
