The Cedars is a lovely, well-presented 2-bedroom unit at a great price. Relax on the balcony and enjoy the great views of the shipping lanes, cooling sea breezes in summer and the warm sun streaming through the lounge windows in winter.

Situated on the second floor, with only one and a half flights of stairs, this unit sleeps up to 6 people in a queen bed, 2 single beds, a futon and extra mattress.

The recent renovations include a new kitchen, new floor tiles, new shower & new bathroom vanity, and the unit features an LCD High definition television with built in DVD player, dishwasher and full laundry facilities.

There is also an air conditioner in the lounge and ceiling fans throughout. You can relax and feel secure in the knowledge there are crim safe security screens on all windows, a security door on the entry and flyscreen on the balcony.

The Cedars is located in a great position, just a short stroll down to the patrolled surf at Kings Beach, and to a choice of playgrounds, beachside BBQ's and restaurants, or an easy walk to town. For those who want to leave the car in the lock up garage, there is a bus stop right behind the building.

Linen
Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Prices vary according to the season and length of stay, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons. Wi-Fi is not included unless stated in the property details above.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
