Positioned directly opposite the beautiful beach, this self-contained space is the perfect place to stay with your partner and pet! Sink your toes into the sands of Shelly Beach or take your four-legged friend for a wander along the coastal walkway that conveniently connects you to countless cafes, restaurants and shops!

The Space:
As you walk through the front gate you'll find you have a lush backyard that is perfect for pets. Leading you to your own private entrance, this well-manicured yard features a fresh veggie patch and a shaded spot with outdoor seating.

Upstairs:
Bask in the beauty of beachside living that is invited inside by floor to ceiling glass windows and louvres. Natural lighting illuminates the interior and soft sea breezes drift throughout the open-plan kitchen, living and dining space upstairs. Fitted out with functional, modern appliances, the kitchen is complete with a fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee maker.
Please note there is no stove or oven, but there are electric appliances including a plug-in portable stove. The upstairs also features a cosy couch and a dining table to cater for a romantic dinner for two!

Downstairs:
The downstairs space is equipped with all the creature comforts to ensure this space serves as your next home away from home! Complete with a comfortable queen-sized bed, the downstairs area features an ensuite, and living space with a TV and seating for two! The ensuite serves as the main bathroom and features a toilet, vanity and shower. Make use of the bookshelf filled with novels and games or watch a movie in air-conditioned comfort.

This self-sufficient studio combines coastal lifestyle with convenience by packing in all the essential comforts into a humble space that thrives off simplicity.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entirety of the two-level studio and its corresponding yard.
Please note that the studio is on shared land next to a home that is privately occupied and not included. The yard is shared with the home next door. Free on-street parking available.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the foreshore of Shelly Beach, the studio is just steps away from the sand. The closest patrolled beach is Kings and Dicky Beach which are both a short drive away. The home is located within walking distance to Moffat Beach where there is an abundance of cafes, restaurants and shops. There is also a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema, boat ramp and skateparks all within close proximity. Shelly Beach is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, plus kilometres of walking and cycling tracks.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, the home is approximately a 8-minute walk to Edmund Street (corner of Russell St) where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*Pet-friendly for 1 dog - upon application, a $50 pet booking fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.

*Please note that there is another Airbnb home located on the property. The yard pertaining to this studio is shared with this home. This home has its own entrance and is completely self-sufficient. As this home is also pet-friendly, there is a chance that the yard with be shared with another dog. Please keep this in mind if you plan to bring a pet that does not appreciate the presence of other animals.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
