The Space:
Welcome to your relaxed, contemporary base by the beach. This bright, airy apartment sits within a well-maintained resort-style complex, offering easy access via secure entry and lift. Step into a fresh, open-plan living area that opens onto a private balcony—perfect for soaking up ocean breezes and scenic views of the mountains and sea. Inside, a comfy lounge with Smart TV and Netflix invites you to kick back after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals, including a coffee machine, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials to get you started—tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil, and more.

Sleeping Arrangements:

● Bedroom 2: 2 x King single beds
● Double sofa bed available in the living room on request
All bed linen, bath towels, bathmats, and tea towels are provided and professionally laundered. A washing machine and dryer are available inside the apartment for guest use.

Make the most of the complex’s shared facilities: take a swim in the pool, work out in the gym, relax in the steam room, or gather for a BBQ. Two secure underground car spaces are included, and fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the space.

Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire apartment, along with use of the shared resort facilities, including the pool, gym, steam room, and BBQs. A lift is available for easy access to the apartment.

This seaside suburb offers stunning walking and cycling paths along the coast, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. With nearby cafes, local parks, and the bustling Stockland Birtinya shopping precinct just a short drive away, Bokarina provides the ideal mix of tranquility and convenience. Whether you're here to unwind on the beach or explore the Sunshine Coast's attractions, Bokarina's laid-back charm makes it a perfect destination.

Getting Around:
Bokarina is easily walkable, with beach access, parks, and local amenities just a short stroll away. For longer trips, public transport options like buses connect you to nearby suburbs and attractions. The Sunshine Motorway and Nicklin Way are close by, offering quick access to destinations across the Sunshine Coast. Maroochydore Airport is approximately 25 minutes away and Brisbane Airport 1hr 30 mins.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
