Nestled in a small, quiet complex with only four other units, this beachfront retreat offers a peaceful and private escape. The apartment comfortably accommodates 2 adults and 2 children, with a choice between the loft or the fold-out sofa bed in the lounge.



Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed

Bedroom 2 (Loft): Two single beds (accessible via ladder only)

Lounge: Double fold-out sofa bed

Please note: The loft is only accessible by ladder and is not suitable for children under 8 years old.



Parking & Access:

1 covered parking spot —entry from Petrie Avenue

Additional roadside parking in front of the building. It is a double lock up garage that is shared with unit 5.

The apartment is on the second floor with stair access through the shared courtyard

Amenities:

Bathroom: Shower, vanity & toilet

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooktop, plates, cutlery, kettle, toaster, etc.

Dining: Indoor and balcony dining tables, each seating 4 guests

Laundry: Communal washing machine and dryer (we do not supply detergent)

Linen: Premium linen and beach towels provided



Starter Amenities & Cleaning Policy:

To keep cleaning fees low, we provide a starter pack including:

Tea, coffee, milk

3-in-1 body wash and shampoo

2 toilet rolls per toilet

Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies, such as sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, and paper towels.



House Rules & Conduct:

Strictly no parties, events, functions, or schoolies groups.

No smoking.

Upon booking, we require details about your group and the purpose of your stay to ensure compliance with house rules.

If a party, event, or function occurs or if neighbour complaints are received, we will investigate and may require immediate vacation of the premises.

Cleaning & Additional Charges:

The cleaning fee covers a standard clean. However, additional charges will apply if excessive mess, garbage, stains, breakages, or cigarette odours require extra cleaning or replacements.
