Welcome to our family home!

We hope you enjoy our relaxed, modern and family friendly oasis close to great surf beaches, shops and cafes in Coolum Beach.

The house is spacious with 4 bedrooms, a big open living and kitchen space as well as a lounge room for chill afternoons and evenings.

The backyard is spacious with a big pool, treehouse and skate ramp for the kids to enjoy. Our patio outside the kitchen makes a great space for breakfast and BBQs.

The patrolled beach is 800m away (3 minutes by car or a 15 minute walk). Enjoy a scenic walk along the the beach and bays in Coolum or visit one of the cafes in this cute little surf town. You can wind down back in the house with an outdoor hot shower and a bonfire at night.

We hope you enjoy our house and the area as much as we do.

Wonderful and comfortable family home

After a very smooth run up and ample of ready communication with the host we arrived to find a perfect family home. Our two boys loved the kids room and bunk beds with plenty of toys available. The little TV room as very cosy for family movies and we especially enjoyed the fire pit (wood and kindling provided) for marshmallow roasting. The master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom was a sanctuary with a highlight being the sun lounge in the big window. The house was comfortably furnished and comes with a big garden and my personal favourite a good outdoor shower. Only downside was that the oven wasn't working properly but the host attended to it right away. One thing to be mindful of is that the property is not in close walking distance to the beach especially when having to carry kids stuff. Otherwise a wonderful home that we can highly recommend.
