non-existent service, dilapidated property, dirty rug with stains and run down furnishings. location is far from most things as it is in a secluded area. nice view if you are planning on staying on the property but otherwise, not very convenient for sightseeing. Beware of extra charges for everything. The staff and management seem like they only care about making sure they charge you for everything (didnโ€™t even ask how the stay was etc). Would not recommend for the price they charge, I paid about $500 a night and stayed for 2 nights at one of the ROTA villas.
