Book Suleja hotels

This hotel is unsanitary and a source of communicable diseases. It should be shut down by the Department of Health. My husband saw a large rat run across the restaurant floor. The restaurant staff are inattentive, doesn't do their job and let's food get cold on the counter. Restaurant food is cold even when you order it directly to be cooked by them. A promise of 45 minutes turns 2.5 hours and still the quality of the food is terrible. The beef we ordered directly from the restaurant was hard as rubber - not once, but twice! The same hard beef got my husband and I with food poisoning - salmonella or E.Coli!!! (we know it's from their food because they were the only place we order food from). The rooms wreaked of the bathroom back up smell that escaping from non-ventilated piping. I could not sleep at night because of the smell no matter how I cover my face with the blanket to be able to breathe. The whole building stinks and smells like rats which is being masked by large mothballs placed at the corners of the stairwell, elevator - everywhere! The cleaning crew does not even wash or replace used cups and utensils for coffee left by the previous guest!!! They don't use sanitary products to clean the bathrooms. There were a pile of dead mound of black ants at the corner of the bathroom that the cleaner didn't even catch! How could anyone miss that???!!! We picked this hotel because it was closest to the airport. What a HUGE MISTAKE!!! BEWARE!!!!

Their rooms are very neat and clean and provide everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. I will not stop at giving a good review, but will spread the word to friends and family.

The only good thing was the breakfast. The night manager was really helpful and very professional, he is an asset to the hotel. He stepped in on the second night to resolve all issues I had complained about the entire day. Will I stay again? Probably not. This is a 3 star hotel, definitely not 4 star.

If on transit through Abuja nothing beats this hotel. It’s right there at the terminal and security is top notch. Expensive but worth it.

They would not address the issues with no running water or electricity for 4 days❤️
