Welcome to “Manatee Pocket”! We are so excited to share our home with you. As avid travelers, we are thrilled to have created a vacation destination at home. We hope you enjoy the coastal design, fishing poles, kayaks, BBQ, full access to the yard and daybeds, dock for your boat (if needed) and the wildlife that surrounds us (dolphins and manatees, of course). We hope you love exploring the local sandbars, waterfront restaurants and some of the best fishing in the Atlantic. Please enjoy!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Manatee Pocket! We had a mixed crew with us - three adults, two teens, two kiddos, and our fur baby. Every member of our party enjoyed the comforts of home plus the house has something for everyone. Check-in was so easy and our check-put was also hassle-free. This really is convenient with a group our size. The house had everything we needed for our stay.We enjoyed seeing and feeding the giant Galapagos tortoises next door and seeing otters right in the back yard! The host was exceptionally committed to making our stay easy and very responsive when we needed to reach out about our booking. I would stay again next time we are planning a trip to the area!

A Pleasant Place

We had a very relaxing time at Manatee Pocket. The neighborhood is lovely and the neighbors were very friendly. The house is comfortable and well-stocked. Visiting with the neighborhood tortoises was a definite plus and our dog was able to enjoy the positive attention from the neighbors and their pets.

Love love!

We had a great time and the hosts were very attentive. The property was super convenient to restaurants and we had fun fishing off the dock. The neighbors were great and just overall a perfect location. The house was well stocked and clean and very comfortable Highly recommend!! People will come into the yard if they have a boat on the dock so just a heads up.

Beautiful location, perfect for family and proximity to boating/fishing

Large home with nice open spaces, comfortable beds, and everything we needed to make our stay over Thanksgiving memorable and stress free. The host was very accommodating and made sure we could dock our boat and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend!

Great spot with a boat

Very pleased with the arrangement and it allowed for our 32’ boat at the dock. Driveway had another boat parked under one of the awnings that we didn’t realize would be there but we had just enough room with 3vehicles and the boat trailer. They provided the essentials (and then some) throughout the house. Good rental. Will book again for sure.

Great property great location

We stayed here for three nights with our family and really enjoyed everything. House is in a great location, fishing right off the dock and property managers were wonderful to deal with! Very hospitable and great communication. We definitely recommend!
