Clean room. Old building. Well located. Air system not working in room 536

Kept being disturbed by cleaning staff and asked to leave even though I had a do not disturb sign and was pre leaving time

We stayed 4 nights. It appears newly renovated . The room was a bit warm without opening the window (the central AC was not turned on yet)…But the staff did everything to make us comfortable, including moving to a different room. The hotel is central, close to restaurants and shopping. Parking is an issue, so consider hotel’s paid one but be sure to reserve a spot.

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with one queen bed and one sofa bed. Sofa bed was ok. Kitchen was fully equipped with a washer/dryer but no dishwasher. Drying function took too long so some clothes were dried outside. Property picture shows a pool but we were told pool use was an extra 25 euros/day/person! Windows and balcony door had automated blinds. Large free parking space was convenient. There's also a E.Leclerc supermarket and other shops within a 10 minute walk which was very convenient. Uber eats delivers to the location also. Euroairport (French side) was a five minute drive. Housekeeping is only provided once a week but cleaning supplies are provided. Aside from the pool issue, we had a good stay.

The listing states car parking available but it is a very small underground area with an acute bend to enter/exit .Paint work scratches on each wall shows only suitable for small cars.The listing should include a photo of the car park facility,I would Not have booked.No car parking available nearby so did not stay.No refund or good will gesture,
