Fully equipped and renovated in 2024, you will be charmed by its atmosphere and conviviality.It consists of: A spacious living area with a lounge/dining space open to the fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster) Two bedrooms, each with two double beds Two bathrooms with Italian-style showers connected to each bedroom Separate toilet The apartment is on the first floor with an elevator. Rue des Grandes Arcades is a pedestrian-only street, so you can only access the building by car at certain times (from 6 AM to 11 AM). However, the public parking "Gutenberg" (open 24/7) is located nearby (50m) from the apartment. The entire apartment will be yours. Always aiming to ensure the best satisfaction during your stay: Cleaning will be done, Beds will be made with clean sheets, and a sofa bed kit will be provided, Clean towels will be available, as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel per kitchen, Free Wi-Fi connection This historic neighborhood offers many nearby shops.
