Room was large and suited family of 4. Bathroom had shampoo and hair conditioner plus hand cream which is much appreciated in this cold weather. Short walk to train station and check in was easy even at 11pm at night! Luggage storage was a great convenience as well with no charge. I would stay here again if back in Stockholm.

Property is in a central location which is easily accessible and close to many attractions. We had mixed experience with the hotel staff. The folks at the reception were considerate while the person at the breakfast checkin was rude. We also didn’t like the fact that the buffet breakfast was 355 SEK for adults and there was no option to order A la carte. I told the lady at restaurant checkin that I’d like 2 kids buffet and I’d not be eating. And she said that the rule was that in this case, the kids would have to go in and serve themselves. If an adult needed to help them then I’d have to buy the bfast buffet as well which is what I ended up doing as my kids are younger. Despite me sharing that I was not interested in the buffet bfast, I was forced to pay for an adult bfast just to accompany my young kids. I hope the hotel can consider changing this policy or make some a la carte items available for purchase. Overall, we loved the property. The bar , lounging areas and the lobby are well maintained and aesthetic . Rooms are nice and clean.

This is the third, yes third (!) time staying at the hotel. Great central location, brilliant breakfast and the spa and rooftop pool are amazing. Rooms are cosy and bathrooms clean and well appointed!

Lovely hotel, spacious clean rooms and friendly staff. Relaxing bar and plenty of advertised activities each day, from walking tours to painting sessions. I would definitely recommend marshmallow toasting in the bar.
