Staff was extremely helpful. We brought the wrong adapter and there are no USB ports in the room. A lovely staff member let us borrow her changer for the few days we were there instead of us having to go out a buy an adapter. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The location is very convenient and only two T stations away from city center and the price is more affordable for middle class families. Just step out of hotel, is T station, only 30 meters away. The distance between stations in Stockholm, is just 700-1000 meters, not like in North America, 2-3 kilometers. The breakfast is fabulous and you have many choices according what you want to eat.
Welcome wine and thank you for your stay and come back again wine. Taste is very good.

Staff were excellent. Very helpful and courteous. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. For a longer stay, there was a distinct lack of drawers and storage facilities. The main desk lamp did not work which made the room rather dark. Breakfasts were varied and well presented but whatever time we had breakfast, it was so crowded as to be uncomfortable at times. The lifts were efficient and very prompt. We enjoyed our stay overall. We spent most of our time visiting our son and his family so didn't use some of your facilities. Thankyou.

The hotel is very close to the train station and all the attractions. The area felt safe and nice. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We went there for a family trip, it was a nice experience.
