The staff was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful and clean. We went for Mothers Day and ate at the Italian Restaurant and it was really good. The only complaint I had was that they charged us $45 for a half bottle of wine. when I looked up the wine it was only $15.95 for a whole bottle! make it make sense please! Otherwise the hotel and restaurant were perfect!

My bathroom inside my room was absolutely unacceptable upon arrival. There was fecal matter and urine all over the toilet, which made the space unsanitary and uncomfortable. I immediately contacted the front desk to report the issue, but I was told no one could clean the bathroom until the next morning. No alternative room, upgrade, compensation, or refund was offered. The lack of cleanliness and customer service made this an extremely disappointing experience.

Great location, staff was very helpful

I booked 2 rooms for family for graduation. I had to switch one room upon arrival because the toilet did not work. While switching rooms my wife accidentally left her curling iron. When checked with staff later in the day we were told it had been thrown away. The second room key did not work until the last day of our stay. We had to stop at the front desk each night to get it working key entry.
