Hammering at 815. Renovating hotel. Ugh. TV didnt work. Bath tub was nasty. In and out auto door didnt work - what a pain with luggage. The stairs up to the 1st floor rooms (2 sets) not easy to manage with luggage and being older. Please find another place to stay!!!!!!!

Not clean carpet, very old carpet, dirty parts on the carpet. Some parts of the bathroom and room not very clean. Breakfast needs healthier options, gluten free, dairy free and sugar free. But we enjoyed staying as it was a good location for us and grateful to have had 11 nights in the hotel and to have clean towels every day and to have the bed made every day. Breakfast was nice but needs better healthier options. To take water from the machine was hard pressing bottom as not working well. Overall okay and good prices but we were disappointed that the fitness center was not working. We didn't get to use the pool but good to know that towels are provided. Grateful that they allowed us to do check out at 12 pm. Thank you so much for everything La Quinta by Wyndham Stamford, Connecticut. I will always remember this very special trip as it was a family reunion.

Rooms were dirty. Mattresses were broken and had hair in bed. Shower was gross. Nothing was working and the place stunk of weed. The Diner attached was good though. Also had a clean dog area which was surprising considering everything else.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The path to the rooms was as challenging with luggage, for the disabled or elderly, you must go up two sets (short) of stairs or use an old, very small and slow elevator. The room was nice and clean but the bathroom tub needs updating and the water would not drain.

I enjoyed the stay insofar as the free breakfast went since they had a few savory options with mostly sweets present. The room I stayed in was acceptable since there were parts of the room that were missing and there was a sign that said the hotel was still under renovations. I will say that the AC/heater unit was not the best since it was incredibly noisy and kept me up all night. I needed to keep the heater on since I was sick at the time and needed to make sure that I recovered as soon as I could.
