The staff was ok. The heater/AC unit was unbearably loud and ineffective in warming up the room. The drawers in the dressing table kept running out; they never would stay in, every time we pushed them in.

Everything was great and convenient but the breakfast was terrible it’s literally just eggs there a waffle maker and some yogurt

Heat didn’t work so room was freezing. Lights on top of vanity did not work. Hot and cold water were switched at the sink vanity the one with no lights, bathroom flooded anytime you took a shower, pool closed, fitness center closed. And heat was broke
