Staying at Margaritaville resort in the Virgin Islands was an amazing experience. Their staff was friendly and our needs were met daily. Everything was great from beginning to the end. Checking in it was made easy with Chyna. The guy Mike at the concierge gave us options to attend a meeting to become members of the Margaritaville and Wyndham company. He was not pushy about it when we went to the meeting. It wasn’t an engaging meeting. We were very interested and joined without hesitation.

Beautiful property with friendly staff and good drinks. Lots of stairs if no shuttle is available. Activities to do throughout the day and a little area where you can get coffe and shop. No vending machines or room service so get snacks before hand! Lots of places to hang out, relax, and enjoy the view. Happy hour has great deals!

We were so excited to come here. The property and the rooms are beautiful. The bed is very comfortable. The sad thing is it is just not walkable. It is very hilly and everything is at different levels. Soooo, that means you have to call a shuttle to come pick you up. We wasted so much time waiting, and would even call back after a half hour or more, only to have guest services pick up the phone and hang it up. The best thing was when Eric was working. He always came and got us right away. Also, the restaurant was hit and miss. One night was terrible, and one night was good. You're pretty much stuck with this, unless and get a taxi for $15/ person each way. My favorite thing was the hilltop pool with the swim up pool bar. Cameron is the coolest! All in all, i wish i had chosen another place on my list. FYI - they are going to try to sell you a time share.

The floor in the room was moist meaning wet from i guess the ceiling leaking, the staff at the restaurant was very unattentive to us and other guest, they wasn't trying to help or pitch in to help one another, service was terrible! Wasn't much to fo at the resort. Was not worth the 6 days we was there!

I visited in early April with 6 of us, older teens and two rooms. The rooms were not clean or prepared properly. There were mix ups from the minute we checked in as we came with my sister’s family as well. I had been overcharged for my room, locked out of one of my rooms for 5 hours, and still awaiting my promised refund and it has now been a month. I love St Thomas and have visited before. I will go again but most definitely NOT to this resort. The customer service is subpar and if you like to explore and leave the resort, experiment island life, this is not the resort to visit.

Our room was clean and up to date. Beautiful views. Restaurant onsite convenient and food was good. Transportation provided all around the grounds if you wanted. Taxis available for off site adventures. Front desk people tried to persuade us to book trips for off site, which wasn’t a bad thing but they weren’t good about small important details like laundry area, fitness center. For first time travelers you don’t need to rent a car. Not even from the airport. They are everywhere.
