Room was fine and comfortable enough. The bathtub could use a deep clean. The hallways clearly needed vacuuming a few times and we were staying at the same time was some partiers so there was often trash around in the halls, overflowing the garbages, in the corners of the elevator. Staff were nice, but when the hotel ran out of towels (except handtowels), we didn't get any apologies.
The slice of cheese with a bite out of it waiting for us when we walked out our door one morning, lol. Where was the cheese monster?

Bath handle came off in my hand whilst pulling on it, towel rail was wonky and hanging on by a thread wallpaper peeling off bathroom walls, bathroom door unable to lock,noisy air con and a fair amount of dried blood on 1 of the pillows inside the case that somebody must have changed prior to arrival,informed staff as the bath handle had previously been repaired to an equally poor standard and somebody could easily fall back into the bath and knock themselves out on the wall or small protruding shelf,so a real safety concern.

We had a great stay hidden gem lots of restaurant and supermarket such as marcos pizza pho culver dunkin donuts aldi publix close by and easy to get on and off 275. Amenites were good stayed for 2 bights great staff as well. Thank you

Booked through Hotels.com and check in was quick. The front desk clerk asked if I needed the walk in, handicapped acdessible, tub. I stated that I did not need that accomodation but wanted a king bed for no extra charge. She moved me to another king room horoning the same rate. The fridge has accidentally been set to defrost and was leaking. I called the fromt desk and.they sent maintenance who arrived within 3 minutes to resolve the issue. Overall, a positive experience at a fair price.

The room was not clean. Finger nail polish on the pillow cover and gum stuck to the headboard of the bed. My feet actually got dirty from walking on the carpet. The refrigerator rattled the entire time I stayed there. The bathroom was stained and dirty so I couldn’t shower. I mentioned all of this to the am desk clerk and she offered no apologies or discounts. I had to check out a day early which the hotel clerk and Expedia rep was notified and I was told I would not be charged but refunded the second day in which the hotel rate was higher than I agreed to upon booking the hotel room. Horrible experience!

Hotel needs some repair and more thorough cleaning. The tub/shower was visibly dirty with black mold covering the bottom of the tub. We killed a couple of roaches in the room. We will not stay at this hotel again.
