While the front desk staff was friendly, during my five day stay at the hotel, they never serviced my room. I had to go to the front desk daily to request towels. Additionally, the room did not have a garbage can. This is hardly a 3.5 star hotel.

The workers were rude. The room wasn’t very clean. The elevators had me stuck on it. The ice machines didn’t work. Had to ask for ice the desk lady made me walk back into the kitchen for it and wasn’t very helpful. I probably would never stay there again.
