Staff was kind. Our room was not great. We felt like we were in a closet. All of our other family members had decent size rooms. Our had the refrigerator onthe floor, there’s had a table/bar. The dresser was about 10-12” deep. Only socks could go in it. No body wash, the toilet ran all day and night. Maintenance did come and fix it. The room was so hot, we turned the ac on to find out it did not work. No cookies at 8pm.

Everything was great, except the rooms are without microwave. I went to the 8th floor and a homeless man was using the microwave. Not safe to go alone. The issue is not he was homeless, it was that security was not with him

The location of this lodging facility was fantastic, near many restaurants, pubs, and entertainment venues. In terms of the property, it needs some attention. While the overall condition of the room was clean, the windows and the window frame had not been cleaned in months. The restaurant in the premises need more staff and better provisions. There were only two ladies and they did not have time to clean tables, they didn't have time to make more coffee, and they basically didn't have time for anything that many customers requested. The breakfast is advertise to go until 11:00 am on weekends and by 9:30 they did not have many of the items or ingredients needed to make the items advertised in their menu. So, skip the $25.00 additional charge for breakfast and go somewhere else. You'll eat better and you'll leave happy.
