Nice old hotel

This is a really old and cool Hotel!! Had an issue with getting clean towels. But issue was solved!! All staff was nice had another issue that staff was made aware of upon check out, I hope they do!! But over all this is an old nice stay!! I am not a fan of the parking fee but that is on the city of StLouis!!

Stayed at the Magnolia for a quick couple of days in St Louis. The hotel and our room was clean and updated. And in general the hotel met our needs. I should point out that the restaurant closed early on the night of our arrival and we missed dinner. Due to the area being "slow" during our time in St Louis, other bars restaurants in the area had a habit of closing early that week (including the Marriott next door). One night our dining option was the Dollar General across from the Civic Center.

We really liked our stay the Magnolia hotel. It's an older building, which shows in it's architecture and design. It feels like a historic part of the city. The Hospitality was outstanding, any person was available for any questions and they were able to comply with our unique request. Thank you very much for all that you had to offer, we would definitely stay again if we are in town again.

Stayed here while in town for a wedding downtown. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and secure. The area around the hotel doesn't feel the safest at times, and there is not a lot nearby in terms of nightlife or late night food. The food at the hotel was good and we enjoyed our time!

We stayed just for a night, we were in town for a concert. Everything was lovely and awesome. Staff all around, kind and helpful, very pleasant. Room was upgraded for us and ended up have a suite, great room. Highly recommend and will stay again. Thank you.

Really nice hotel. Great staff. Lovely rooms. Overall had a wonderful time at this hotel. The restaurant/bar is very nice too. The old school charm is a great vibe for a downtown STL hotel. The parking situation is a bit ridiculous though - $55/night. That's NYC rates! But it was mostly a smooth experience and worry free in terms of parking and safety. We also walked to quite a few activities - the Arch, Cardinals game. Easy access from this location.

The staff was great but the vent in the bathroom didn’t work so it stayed hot, the phone didn’t have a cord so I couldn’t call the front desk, and our sink was quite clogged and would gurgle.

The magnolia was a beautiful property, and while staying they were having a silent pet adoption going on. The checking in and out process was very straightforward and the team was very helpful. We chose to park valet and walk during our stay. The valet’s were all very friendly and took care of us exceptionally well. My biggest concern when traveling is the pillows so I normally take my own. This trip, I forgot. The pillows at the magnolia were the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. 10 out of 10 would recommend and we will be back

Great staff , great breakfast, concierge parking , great butler, and walk ability to everything is amazing ! Half the time we just walked to places !!! The cleanliness was amazing , linenes were nice highly recommend would come back also this property is Pet Friendly!!!
