Cleanliness at this hotel has improved a lot. I was told it was under new management and it shows. This was my 3 stay here where the fire alarm went off. This time at 2:20 am. False alarm which was a good thing.

The room wasn’t up the property standard that I have come to expect. I did not receive the VIP $15 food voucher either. Made the front desk staff aware of the room status twice. The manager overheard the second conversation and offered 2 vouchers and apologized for the state of the room and welcomed us back to a free night at the location.

Modern, clean and newer Hotel for this area. Big Mall and lots of restaurants close. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our standard king with sofa bed chaise lounger and shower bathroom. Having 2 connected restaurants was also a great convenience, and room service is new too. Microwave as well as a mini fridge was well used during our 4 night stay. Our second stay and will not be our last. Very reasonable prices for rooms compared to other hotels in area.
