It's not what i expected, 1 off the cleaning lady half clean my room , the next day no one came to clean my room i went out came back about after 8 the night and the room was still a mess I went to the front desk to pay for breakfast for someone they took my money but on my way heading to the dining room someone came running to me saying that it's to late for the person to have breakfast (breakfast finish at 11am it was 10:25am) William tried his best and was helping out thanks to him

Loved it, best staff in the world, good drink. Needs more snorkels and fins for rental. But they arguably have just as good a reef as flamingo bay just 30 meters off shore. Haylu app is a must for travelers who want to go out into town. If you want to see and do everything on the island in a few days, I recommend talking to the drivers to see about arrangements. They may run a side hustle to initiate personnel arrangements but they deliver. The entire island is hardworking so tips are appreciated. Go to the rainforest please. It’s a once in a lifetime chance, and I hear unverified reports of pirate treasure are still there ;-). Jk but seriously beautiful forests.

Property is conveniently located in close proximity to the airport (walking distance) and has a beautiful expanse of beach for swimming & sunbathing. The resort itself is a little older, but well . They provide transportation for anyone having difficulty getting around the property. Most of the staff are friendly. Service can be slow, particularly in the restaurants.

the resort has improved significantly from my last visit. It is obvious that there is new management in place. The food choices are better; Customer service is great and courteous. Overall, an excellent experience. I suggest that the hotel implement shuttle services for visitors.

We had our ups and downs with this property. The room was clean and the food was really good. However, every day we had to ask for an extra towel because they would put three and we had four people. Every day we had to call for our minin refrigerator to be restocked. One day I called three times and in the end had to go down to get my own waters at the coffee shop. Another time we ran out of toilet paper. It was little things that were extremely inconvenient. Overall our stay was okay.
