La chambre était parfaitement propre. J'avais une vue magnifique sur la plage alors que je devais initialement avoir une vue sur le jardin. Le staff étaient très courtois. Spécialement Dylen et Akim qui m'ont bien conseillés pour que mon séjour soit parfait. Puis également des membres du Bar et restaurant comme Rena, Matthieu et Joseph. J'ai voyagè seule, mais je me suis sentie bien entourée et toujours en sécurité. Je vais très certainement retourner dans cet hôtel. :)

Overall it is a really good hotel even with the ongoing renovations happening during the stay. The beach is right there, the grounds were very beautiful and well kept. The only issues I had was the bar and dinner service. Food was slow to come, it was disorganised and a bartender and wait staff had an argument in front of me. The breakfast was ok but some items were cold.

I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay. The staff at this hotel are exceptional — genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive. They made sure I was comfortable at every step, and their positive energy added so much to the stay. Excellent customer service like this is rare, and it did not go unnoticed. The breakfast was good the problem was with my room all i ask was clean towels everyday they didn't need to clean my room and on 2 occasion they never even bothered to put any and even when i went to ask for towels nobody came Otherwise everything was good

Stayed in the executive suite 704 the bathroom smelled like adead rat complained to the cleaning staff and reported it to the front desk but didn't get no help until I called the manager he inspected the room and switched the room but however the next day the room wasn't cleaned all day had to report it to the manager again before it was cleaned was really disappointing for me
