It was a great stay I really only have minor complaints. Let’s start with the good: Beautiful clean property. Excellent customer service by all of the staff. They are very kind and move with urgency and did everything to accommodate my requests. Beautiful property right on the beach with three lovely pools . Room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Water gets hot enough and there was a fridge and safe in the room. Loved the breakfast included. Such a life saver. Also the pizza is super good too. The minor things : such a huge property. Takes a while to walk around from place to place . The pillows sucked, they were feather and flat . They have two “hot tubs” but they weren’t hot, they were cold!

Forced to find hotel accommodations after flight home was canceled and booked a room through a 3rd party site. Upon arrival was rudefully told they had no rooms available and there was nothing they could do. It was midnight and the rudeness and lack of professionalism was a bit shocking. Based of that interaction i would not even consider staying there in the future

Wonderful location , great beaches and great staff! The Radisson Grenada Beach Resort is really lovely with nice pools and lovely grounds. The breakfast buffet each morning was excellent ! Rooms were well maintained with fresh towels and new bedding each day.

The hotel is beautiful but much of the staff were very rude and unfriendly with exception of Alana and Sheena- they deserve promotions and are a bright light to the experience we encountered during our stay- the staff we encountered at the front desk did not smile and made us feel unwelcome and like we were a burden to them They were also very slow and inefficient We had several terrible dining experiences as well- including very long week times and expensive prices with subpar food We loved Johnson in security department- he was very helpful and extremely friendly

We loved every single thing about this resort. There are many reviews about clean room, great breakfast, on the beach, amazing pool. We agree with all of this. What we can add is that you don't need or want to rent a car. The resort is 10 minutes from the airport. Their taxi and local van/bus system is great. We took the local van/bus into St George's. It is $1 US per person one way!! Definitely not luxury but that is what we loved. The local people use this for their transportation. Roads are tight so we are very glad we didn't rent a car. We will be bringing our kids and grandkids with us next year. The property has a lot of shade trees which we really appreciated because we burn easily! Also the chocolate museum in St George's was really fun to go to. The dark chocolate that is made on the island does not melt! You have to check out the museum to find out why! Sorry for the long review but our airplane is delayed 2 hours so We are killing time. SEE YOU NEXT YEAR

The grounds are amazing, having the very big pool and the other lap pool option, never felt overcrowded. Steps from the beach which was beautiful, breakfast buffet was pretty good as well. Perfect weather, rained once while we were sleep.

The only complaint that I have was checking in. The staff was wonderful, however the system seems to be an old system which had us in line waiting for nearly an hour. This is the second time I've visited this resort with the same problem. I'm sure with all the money they charge, surely they can afford a more updated system.

(Updating) Resort can definitely use more Customer Service.:improve communication to Guests in terms of letting guests know what activities are even available!! Even POSTING them on a board when Guests arrive would go a long way! I really enjoyed my stay at the Radisson. The staff were friendly, the rooms were very comfortable and cleaned daily, and the breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The location is excellent, with a local supermarket, restaurants, and the beach right on the doorstep, as well as a bus stop with easy access to the town centre. This was my third stay at the hotel, and I would definitely stay again.

Believe the reviews I definitely give it 8 out of 10. And really the high marks for location, location, location! When it comes to service I would give it a high 5. If you’ve ever been to the Caribbean please know island time is a real thing!!!!! Do not expect fast service. But that’s not my issue. I did not feel like the people there were welcoming. I had sent the hotel messages the week prior to no answers. Was there to celebrate my boyfriend’s bday. No type of recognition. The beach service is non-existent. Which reallly surprised me. They definitely would get more revenue if they had beach service. Local phone calls from the room cost 3EC. Which we weren’t told (was trying to book a massage locally). Oh and the included breakfast was great but again service was nonexistent. They would make so much more money if they asked if you wanted to pay for drinks from the bar but no one ever offered and I didn’t think to ask until our last morning. The beach itself is great- you can snorkel but not much to see. The pools also looked great and there were always a lot of people there but I came for the beach so we never went there. We left the resort every night to eat. There’s a pool table. I did see a coffee bar but never ever saw anyone working so I wouldn’t bet on that. The sink and bathtub stop seemed to be stuck on closed. Annoying but not enough to call someone to fix, wasn’t worth waiting. The property itself a very lush and well kept. Rooms dated but ok with that.
