The unit was filthy, outdated and furnishings were run down. I could run my finger along furnishings and make lines in the dust. The couches were dirty. I actually took out the cushions, and reversed them so the sunken part was in the back. The carpeting was disgusting, stains, worn out, just filthy. I had to cut 2 gummy candies out of it. I would guess the carpet hasn't been cleaned in years. Also, I booked the unit for the month, and there was no broom, mop or vacuum available. I had to go back and forth to get those items available in the unit. The bunk beds were grimy and I felt bad when my grandkids came to stay. The unit smelled musty and dirty. I requested air fresheners. The refrigerator was clean however rusted on the front. The paint is worn and it's obvious they've touched it up, so there are many paint marks, not matching the wall color, the place needs an entire paint job. I would never stay in this unit again, it was embarrassing when my kids came and a downer when I would come back at night The grounds as a whole were ok, the pools were great, all of the garages have paint peeling as well as exterior units with rust however. One of the biggest downers about the property was that the fitness room was only open from around 9:30-5:45. I was typically busy with work and activities during those times so could never go. I don't understand why this wouldn't be available for early morning maybe 7am or at least till 9pm at night.
