The cleaning staff use very strong scented products and the room is still dirty? The front office clerk did help me find a room that wasn’t so strong smelling so I appreciate that but please review the cleaning procedures and products used with the cleaning staff.

Great hotel, great time!

we were there to see a concert at St. Augustine Amphitheatre for one night and it was great. Met some nice people in the room next door. Hotel was clean and close to everything including the beach.They hooked us up with a nice shuttle to the show "St. Augustine Train Tour & Shuttle". All was good!

Great no frills hotel

For a small no frills hotel it was very clean and well kept. The rooms were quiet and it was close to the beach and many great restaurants. It had an indoor pool which was great during the cooler weather.

The property was set far back from the main road and the signage looked ancient. There were shady looking persons coming and going and many who obviously live there full time. Doors were propped open and people were yelling in the evening. It looked like the cleaning person did their job the best they could. However, there were many areas in the room that seemed unsanitary. The vent right above the shower was filled with dust and grime, the tub caulking had mildew throughout and some tiles were missing. The drain had no stopper and you could see lots of hair and debris trapped in the drain. We could not walk on the carpet without shoes as there was so much dirt and debris on it, it would stick to our feet. I didn't feel safe walking to the beach without my husband, due to the people loitering about. I booked three nights, but we only stayed one due to the above reasons.

Sofa in room has arm ripped and falling off and is a little grungy. Had to jiggle toilet guts to get to fill. Steps are steep to second floor room. Other than that room satisfactory.

Pleasantly surprised at this economic motel choice. The room was very clean, tons of extra towels available and there was a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. 1\2 block to the beach and countless dining options steps away. I will be staying here again.

Young woman at the desk was very helpful and the room clean and adequate but sparse. Overall seems run down, tucked behind Circle K with little signage, no breakfast, tiny indoor pool. Looks like it’s struggling.

Lovely Rooms, Very Clean

The outside of the hotel is deceiving, it doesn't pay justice to the rooms, at all. The rooms are a very good size and Very Very clean. The mattress was Very hard, so, slightly uncomfortable, and through no fault of the hotel, our next door neighbors partied with loud music until 4AM, totally ruined our "relaxing" staycation
