Sleeps 4 - The Torrance Apartment, is a brand new two bedroom property located a few minutes walk from St Andrews' town centre. This stunning first floor apartment has been decorated and furnished by a local interior designer in a “Hamptons” style and is a luxurious and stylish home from home for visiting families, golfers or couples.

The apartment is equipped to an exceptionally high standard with Siemens kitchen appliances and Villeroy and Boch bathrooms. There are two bedrooms with the flexibility of either double or twin bed configuration in each room. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is a separate family bathroom. There is a spacious open plan living/dining and kitchen area where you can relax after a hard day's golf or sightseeing.

Everything that St Andrews has to offer is literally on your doorstep at the Torrance Apartment. From the historic Cathedral and Castle to the world famous golf links, from the expanse of wonderful beaches to the quiet corners of Scotland's oldest university. You are a few minutes walk from all that the bustling town centre has to offer by way of shops, bars and restaurants. Despite this, your apartment sits within the quiet, peaceful and lush surroundings of Abbey Park with its manicured grounds and mature trees.

Fabulous vacation rental

This apt far exceeded our expectations. The location was great - everything we needed was within walking distance. The decor and furnishings are upscale and well taken care of. Super clean also. We had a little trouble finding the correct keybox - the one marked Apt# 7 is actually not the right one - after long International flights - it was a little confusing - but once we were in the apt we were very happy. Thank you!

Modern comfortable accommodation but housekeepers let it down. They had not cleaned the toothpaste and toothbrush containers and soap dishes in both bathrooms, each had caked on toothpaste and brown residue. The small portable mirror was dirty on one side and sticky dust on the bottom of the stainless steel multiple toilet roll holder. There were crumbs in one of the freezer draws and a considerable amount of dust and detritus under the sideboard, (found this when I needed to retrieve something). Tablecloth was a bit grubby and needed washing. And the paper kitchen roll was the smallest, cheapest and thinest, available in Morrisons and not to the standard of the appartment! Some of the cutlery had baked on food. There were just a few, old, sticky, dishwasher tablets. The second bedroom duvet cover was badly ironed and creased and not to the standard of the main bedroom bed linen. These let down what was otherwise, a well appointed, comfortable appartment in a convenient position in St Andrews. Most of these issues were mentioned to the agent at the time.
