We had a fabulous stay at Janis and Martin's beautiful guest house on the lake. The house was spotless and so well-equipped - there was nothing else we needed or wanted. The beds were really comfortable and the use of the canoe was a huge bonus, especially as we were blessed with such beautiful weather! ...

Located in Port Alberni, Sproat Lake Landing Resort is on a lake, a 1-minute drive from Sproat Lake and 8 minutes from Sproat Lake Petroglyphs.
Parking was easy. When we stayed resort was not open and fully operational so getting instructions for entrance was a bit of a challenge but once received it was fine. Expedia does not give resort our email address which would have helped.

The entire property was dingy, dark and dirty. The parking lot and entry had trash along the way!
