It looked very nice from when you walked into the hotel.. Check in was fast and easy very nice staff But when we started walking to our room the hallways smelt very MUSTY didn’t smell clean at all carpets looked run down .. rooms had garbage sitting outside there door for a 2 days .. no house keeping from what we saw … we got to our room Nothing was plugged in Bathroom door was Filthy door handle was falling off I got stuck in the bathroom due to the door getting jammed, thankfully I had others in the room.. I wouldn’t stay here again Breakfast was to the Bare minimum

Old run down dirty shack

Hotel was old and run down. Hallway had nasty odor. Rooms were dusty. The first room they put me in wasnt cleaned by maid service ( bed wasnt made dirty towels in bathroom) 2nd room wasnt cleaned by maid service. Fi ally 3rd room was. Floors weresticky. Lets not me.tion the cubic box elevator. And want to charge $5.00 ifu dont return the luggage carts that barely fit in the elevator. Unfortunately had to stay because all others were full or pay twice as much. It was one of .y worse hotel experiences.

This hotel was ok but not very clean. The shower had soap left from the precious occupants. The headboard had something running down it and dried. At least the sheets looked clean. The carpet made my feet feel dirty if I stepped on it barefoot. The room was old and run down, but I don't mind that if its at least clean. Price was just ok for the condition of the room.

When i got there and checked in i thought i was getting a jacuzzi and the lady at the desk never said a word to me that the jacuzzi i paid for was already rented and gave us a double queen i didnt realize it until i went into the room and it was not what i paid for at all the worse experience i have had yet

Sadly disappointed!!!!

The staff was friendly. Room was old and could have used remodeling. The room had everything we needed, but the smoke detector was missing. The carpet felt like it was matted down with dirt. The next morning after a storm went thru we understood maybe why. My husband got out of bed to be standing in water between the outside wall and his side of the bed. Was there just one night wish we had booked somewhere else. Probably ok for a quick trip and a room above the first floor.

Awful

This place was a joke. First they gave me a key to someone else’s room and I walked in on them in bed. Then I went down to get another room and key. Got up to my room and in walks some stranger. They gave someone else the same room as me. Once that got all figured out, the rooms were nasty. Pubes in the bath tub and everything. Do not stay here!

No real bathroom door. It has a slide door that doesn't close properly or lock. It's pretty easy to hear every door in the place when they close.

The property is disorganized. I booked the rooms over one month in advance. When we arrived, the staff assigned us to a room the is already occupied by another guest. We were luck that the person did not meet us in the room, we would have to proof that we are not thieves and intruders or robbers. We could have been hurt if that person has a weapon or we could be explaining ourselves to the police. The staff at the hotel had no remorse or regret for the mess they created. We were told to go and look for another hotel after we flew about 7hrs for an event the following morning. Smoking was everywhere despite promise of a smoke free property. Worst hotel experience - The place should be black-listed.

Very subpar on cleanliness.

Our room had not been cleaned/vaccuumed in a long while nor had the hallway. The old linens were still piled in the room. This is an older hotel that could be revived to a nice hotel....but it needs some pretty big renovations and new cleaning crew!!! Carpet is old. Drapes are barely hanging. Breakfast was not so great and the front desk lady touched the foos without washing her hands after being at the desk. Shall i go on?

DISGUSTED-HOTEL.COM CAN NEVER TO BE TRUSTED!!!!

I WAS TOLD BY JEXREL JO THAT MY RESERVATION AT THE LAMPLIGHTER INN COULD NOT BE CANCELED, REFUNDED, OR SWITCHED?!!?!?! I ACCEPTED THOSE THINGS AND TOLD JEXREL TO LEAVE THE RESERVATION AS IT WAS. I DROVE 30 MINUTES OR MORE TO THE HITEL TO FIND OUT THAT MY RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED AFTER BEING TOLD THAT IT COULDN'T BE. I HAD TO SLEEP IN MY CAR BECAUSE AS A SINGLE MOTHER I DIDNT HAVE THE EXTRA TO GET ANOTHER ROOM UNTIL THE REFUND WENT BACK TO MY DE BIT CARD
