The check in staff was super sweet and helpful. We didn't get a fork with the food we had ordered from a local restaurant but, the night staff was super kind in finding some for us. Thank you so much for that! The room was easy to find. The hotel was super welcoming with Christmas decor and very clean.

The room was great, the staff was great the only complaint was the constant banging and noise from the rm next door, and the room across the hall. They were together and kept letting the doors slam on the bar that keeps the door open. I did let Ramona know twice but they didnt listen so I just give up since it didnt wake my daughter

this is NOT a greenstay, its converting to a best western so upon arrival there was alot of confusion. our room & facilities thankfully were very nice but this needs clarified for the future. we were not asked about rewards or joining best western for credit for this stay.
