Great location in a quiet neighborhood! Grocery store is very, very close (an easy walk) but the home is close to all the shopping and restaurants you may need. We needed to be close to the hospital and this location was super convenient for us. The home itself was perfect! Moderately sized bedrooms, each with its own TV, closet/s, dresser and nightstands with lamps and alarm clocks. Plenty of pillows and varying fills so each guest can find one suitable for them. The small kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans and dishes and utensils & cooking utensils. There is also a keurig, pour over coffee carafe, electric water kettle and toaster. The stove top and microwave worked well; we did not use the oven. There was also a BBQ grill out back that we did not use. The living room and dining area are one larger open area and was great for relaxing at the end of the day or grabbing a quick lunch before returning to hospital. Nice throw blankets are provided for cozying up on the couch. The light remote battery gets loose so if it isn’t working, check that.The bathroom is small but worked well for us. If more than one person needs to be in there getting ready it will be crowded. And there isn’t a heat vent in there but the room heats up quickly during a shower or the door can be propped open.The only negatives were the cobwebs & the railing on the stairs leading up to the house is low and difficult for elders who need it to actually use it.Definitely recommend & would return.
