Sitting 100 kilometres from Soyakkul is Jeonju, a regional centre with a population of 700,000. It's home to some awesome attractions, like the Jeonju Zoo, the Sori Arts Center of Jeolla and Miseong Bowling Jang. The Hanji Museum and the Jeonju Korean Traditional Wine Museum are a couple more sights that are sure to offer up some envy-inducing photo ops.
