As always a memorable and relaxing trip. Love the views, the beach, the pool and the restaurants. Rooms could use some sprucing up. Just wish they would give 2 bottles of water daily. This year the "jug" water which was available on property did not taste great.

Beautiful resort in perfect location with their own amazing beautiful primate beach! Two great restaurants Solaris being my favorite excellent! The breakfast that was included was outstanding every day and the staff is superb! The photos look exactly like it is in real life - highly recommend!

The resort was very nice but not overly opulent which was what we were looking for as we wanted something to fit the culture of Bermuda. The staff were all extremely kind, helpful and courteous. The beauty and the views were priceless.

The secluded beach and beautiful water was wonderful! The resort staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant options were convenient and enjoyable. We had a relaxing family vacation and enjoyed the location. Easy to explore most areas of the island when staying at this resort. We would definitely come back.

Private beach with an outdoor restaurant was very nice and convenient. Beautiful view from the room with ample seating, comfortable bed, good AC. Easy access to bus across the street and seamless transportation to the airport. Loved this place!

The entire staff (owner, management, front desk, servers, bell hop, and housekeeping) was outstanding. Everyone extended a warm welcome and treated us like family and friends for our entire stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I loved sitting on the beach and watching the playful, white Longtail birds The beach is a 2 minute walk from the rooms, so there is no waiting or scheduling a shuttle. We have stayed at 5 resorts in Bermuda, and The Reefs is our favorite. We cannot wait to go back again in March.

Pros: This is a beautiful resort with a private beach, restaurants with good view, spa room with good view, pools by the ocean, rooms with good view (although I might have gotten the worst view because my room is by the pool and it is on the first floor, so there're people outside by my balcony. I'm sure a room with pool view on the second floor or a room with ocean review will give you much better view and privacy). Cons: The location is relatively far from the city and you rely on the resort for restaurants. I found it far from the water activities too that Bermuda offers (the water sports company nearby only has jet ski on the weekends), so you need to do a bit travel for these (either by taxi or bus). In conclusion, it is a beautiful resort just to chill, relax, look at the ocean and do nothing or read a book with your sunglasses.

Location, room, views, ambience, service exceptional. Breakfasts on open air porch were fantastic. Dinner food quality not as good, though service was great. Snorkeling off beach was very nice, beach well maintained.
